ITB Inc. is managed by its sole owner, Dr. Mariano Pallarés, a Professor of Foreign Languages and Cultures with a wide background in linguistics and international business. During the last two decades, Dr. Pallarés has been involved in promoting international trade. He has served as advisor in matters of business and trade to two Michigan governors: Governor James Blanchard and Governor John Engler. Among a long list of civic, business, and community awards are his inclusion into the Whos Who Worldwide and Whos Who Among Hispanic Americans. He is an active member of the American Translators Association since 1978, and a member of the World Trade Club since 1980.

It also draws upon the expertise of associate professionals all around the world, who have distinguished credentials in their respective fields, and are experienced in the art and skills of translation and interpretation. All ITB translators are required to be certified by the American Translators Association and/or the Federation Internationale des Traducteurs. They are also required to subscribe to their professional codes which, among other things, demand strict adherence to confidentiality, intellectual integrity, and ethical conduct.
