The International Translating Bureau, Inc. is a privately held, minority owned and operated company registered in the state of Michigan (U.S.A.) since 1977.

ITB, INC. is a translating/interpreting company offering translations from and into all languages spoken in the world. We are located in the automotive capital of the world and specialize in technical translations for the auto industry and related products. We also provide medical, legal, financial, and promotional translations.

The Office Manager: Ms. Erika Gorman

The Office Manager: Ms. Erika Gorman

Ms. Erika Gorman, a native of Germany, has been with the company for over 25 years. In addition to being an outstanding German translator, Ms. Gorman handles day-to-day operations, overlooking deadlines and coordinating large translating projects.

The Staff: Ms. Jasmine Palikainen and Ms. Michelle Merlino

ITB, Inc. has a core staff that handles several languages in-house, including Spanish, German, Portuguese, French and Italian. It also draws upon the expertise of associate professionals all around the world, who have distinguished credentials in their respective fields, and are experienced in the art and skills of translation and interpretation.

All ITB translators are encouraged to be certified by the American Translators Association and/or the Federation Internationale des Traducteurs.

They are also required to subscribe to their professional codes of ethics, which, among other things, demand strict adherence to confidentiality, intellectual integrity, and ethical conduct.
